Its hard to find experienced and passionate mechanics for your vehicle. I had my Jeep Wrangler dropped off and received a quote same day with repairs being made by noon next day. Diagnostic goes towards the vehicle repairs. The staff was exceptionally friendly. I would take my vehicle here again. Thanks guys for getting us back on the road!
Called on a Saturday to have my fluid leak checked. Was told I could bring the same day and expert diagnosis within 24 hours. Received call in a few hours with the issue and repaired/picked up the same day. Very friendly service and provided Uber back home whole I waited since I had no ride. Great service!
Alpha Automotive was on the list of shops that accepted my extended warranty. So I wasn't sure what kind of service I would recieve. After I read the reviews and spoke to Jacob on the phone I had a feeling everything was going to be ok. The team was polite and communicative throughout the entire process. Although there was a mix up with the part I didn't get upset because I didn't believe they were at fault for the delay. And guess what? When I went to pick up my car my charges was less than what I was initially quoted. That was sweet! I plan on going back and get some more work done in the near future. I never took the time to write a review but AA deserves it!
My brother is a tow truck driver and recommended alpha. They were fast, friendly and knowledgeable. They took great care of my car and fixed it expeditiously. The front desk associate was amazing! She was friendly and informative. She even gave me additional info I would not have known to ask for about a recall on my car. I will be back.
I have been a loyal customer of Alpha Automotive for years....they are professional, seek to understand the best service routes to take for your vehicle based on use needs, age, and overall condition, always provide options to minimize cost and follow through on their commitments. They helped me drive my 1998 Explorer to almost 400k miles without paying the cost to replace a car in service costs :) and just this week, worked expeditiously to get my Maxima returned to me in time to meet some important personal commitments....they offered a loaner in the event they could not return the car, but the in the end, I rolled out yesterday in my own wheels.....Kevin, Travis, Brandon and Paul are the best in the business....give them a call!
